Dog owner agrees to pay all costs and charges for special services requested, and for all veterinary and transportation costs for the dog, during the time the dog is in the care of Shuki's Dog Services.

Check-in / check-out:

Check-in time is possible throughout the day.
The specific check-in time will be agreed on a case-by-case basis, by the Owner and Shuki at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date.

Check-out time is before 11:00 in the morning.
Check-out time after 11:00 will be counted and charged as an additional boarding day.

Cancellation Policy:

Free cancellation fees for any cancellation earlier than 14 days before the agreed check-in date..

Cancellation fees are 50% of planned stay fees, will apply for any cancellation between 14 days and 48 hours prior to the agreed check-in date. Cancellation fees will be paid at the time of cancellation notice.

Payment terms:
Invoice will be sent to the dog owner at the day of check in. Payments is due via bank transfer or Tikkie.

Liability:
Dog Owner does hereby entrust Shuki's Dog Services to care for its dog(s) and authorises Shuki's, in its sole discretion, to perform whatever is necessary for the health and well-being of the Dog Owner’s dog(s). Dog Owner further explicitly authorises Shuki's Dog Services to take its dog(s) to a veterinarian of his (Shuki's) choice and agrees to pay for any and all expenses relating to the dog(s)’s care. Dog Owner agrees to hold Shuki's Dog Services harmless for any illness, accident, or injury to the dog(s) and to Shuki’s attendants, other animals, and guests.

Health:
The Dog Owner is required to openly discuss with Shuki and reveal any known health issues with the dog(s), before boarding at Shuki's Dog Services. This will ensure the best possible well-being and care for the dog.
For the safety of your dog and other dogs, we will not board any animal without full updated shot records. The following shots are required to be given prior to boarding at Shuki’s Dog Sevices, in order for boarding to take place:
